CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Please note that all payments made are non-refundable in all cases (including acts of war), but is transferable to another person. In case of medical or personal emergency (Bereavement, Accident, A medical certificate from a professional may be requested), equivalent credit may be used at the next AVA event OR equivalent credit in private sessions online/in-person with Yin Ling/Joel Beauchamp within 90 days. In the case of cancellation of event on part of the organisers, a 100% refund will be initiated.
